Image Technology AD0008 Curable Reducer Plastisol
Out of stock
AD0008 PSL-CR Curable Reducer – is a non-phthalate plastisol additive to reduce the viscosity of desired ink. Mix AD0008 at desired amount to reach the viscosity that is required. This will reduce body and loosen finished ink.
AD0008 will allow ink to penetrate fibers more completely and provide a softer hand. The higher the percentage of AD0008 added to ink will reduce opacity (causing fading) and may cause fibrillation.
Phthalate and lead compliance
Reduce Viscosity of Ink
Will not change the cure temperature of inks.
AD0008 PSL-CR Curable Reducer should be mixed into plastisol ink desired amount. Be aware that adding AD0008 to ink will reduce viscosity and that it should be mixed in thoroughly before printing. Be aware that adding this product to Low Bleed or Polyester Plastisol inks will increase the chances of bleeding and should be tested prior to use in production.
Use of a mechanical mixer is highly recommended. If not thoroughly mixed, additive can cause uneven curing/fusing of the mixed ink. Mix thoroughly.
Additive must be mixed into ink thoroughly before use.
Do Not Iron Printed Image Area, Bleach, or Dry Clean.
IMAGE TECHNOLOGY Non-Contamination Recommendation: Please mix bases, modifiers, and additives in clean mixing containers using clean mixing tools. Contamination from other sources or un-approved additives could result in a positive test for restricted phthalates.
