MATTE SILVER 12" X 200' Crown Roll Leaf Foil MG39-440

Metallized hot stamping foil developed for application to T-shirts. This series is available in silver, gold, various metallic colors,
as well as some multi-color patterns and holographic patterns. Typical application is using clam shell type heat presses.
The T-shirt or fabric material must be pre-printed with an appropriate adhesive.
Foiled shirts typically take up to 3 to 5 washes when using cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry. Foiled shirts should not be ironed or dry-cleaned. Other factors such as adhesive used and application conditions affect the washability of the product.

Application Temperature: 300 - 325F - Typical clamshell application (150 - 165C)

These temperature ranges serve only as a start-up reference.
Proper temperature setting will depend on several other application conditions
such as type of machinery and tooling, coverage, application speed and pressure, and other factors.

T-Shirt Foil Washing Instructions

Recommended Washing Conditions:
1. Machine wash - Delicate cycle
2. Wash garment inside out
3. Washer temperature setting: Cold / Cold
4. Detergent: use Typical (All, or Tide w/Bleach Alternative)
5. Drying: Line or air dry only
Under these conditions,
T-shirt foils should hold up to 5 wash cycles.
A 15-20% loss of gloss or color brilliance is typical, even after the first wash, but foils should stay relatively intact.
